Privacy Policy

    Clip Agent Privacy Policy

    Evolution Gaming & Repair LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Clip Agent, a software prototype intended to help prepare short
    video clips from content that users are authorized to use.

    This policy explains what information Clip Agent currently handles and how information may be handled if social-platform features
    are added later. It applies to Clip Agent only; our online store and repair services are covered by the separate store Privacy
    Policy.

    Current status

    Clip Agent is under development. Its current prototype can store a creator’s name, public profile URL, and a confirmation that the
    operator has permission to use that creator’s content. It does not currently connect to TikTok, collect TikTok login details,
    download videos, create clips, or publish posts.

    The prototype is hosted on a computer and is intended for access through its private Tailscale network. People with access to that
    network may be able to access the prototype. Do not enter information you do not want stored on that computer.

    Information we handle

    In the current prototype, we store:

    • Creator name
    • Public creator profile URL
    • Permission confirmation
    • The date the entry was created

    If social-platform connections or clip creation are introduced, the app may also process account identifiers, authorized access
    tokens, video and audio files, clip selections, captions, and posting status. We will update this policy before enabling those
    features.

    How we use information

    We use information currently entered in the prototype to maintain a list of creators whose content the operator says they are
    permitted to use.

    If future features are enabled, information may be used to create clips at the operator’s direction and, only after the relevant
    account is connected and a post is approved, to submit content to the selected platform.

    Sharing

    We do not currently send creator-list information to TikTok or Instagram through Clip Agent. If platform integrations are added,
    the video, caption, and other information needed for a post may be sent to the platform selected by the account owner. That
    platform’s own privacy policy and terms will apply to its handling of the information.

    We may also disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the service.

    Storage and retention

    The prototype stores its creator-list data in a local database on the computer hosting Clip Agent. We retain this information
    until it is removed by the operator or deleted in response to a request, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.

    The prototype does not currently provide a self-service account or data-deletion feature. To request access to or deletion of
    information, contact us using the details below.

    Security

    We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a development-stage prototype. No method of storage or transmission is completely
    secure. The prototype is not intended for sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment-card information.

    Children

    Clip Agent is not designed for children, and users should not submit children’s personal information or content unless they have
    the necessary legal authority and permissions.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy as Clip Agent changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. We
    will update the policy before activating materially new data collection or platform integrations.
