Terms of Service

    Clip Agent Terms of Service

    These Terms govern your use of Clip Agent, a software prototype operated by Evolution Gaming & Repair LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
    They apply to Clip Agent only, not to purchases or repair services from our store.

    1. Current status and availability

    Clip Agent is under development and is provided for limited testing. The current prototype can maintain a list of creators and
    record a permission confirmation. It does not currently connect to TikTok or Instagram, download or edit videos, or publish posts.

    We may add features later. Social-platform connections, clip creation, and publishing will not be available unless and until we
    implement and enable them. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the prototype at any time.

    2. Your responsibilities and content rights

    You may submit or use content only if you own it or have all permissions, licenses, and other rights needed for the use you
    request. You are responsible for obtaining permission to edit, clip, caption, reproduce, and repost a creator’s content, including
    any necessary rights to music, footage, images, and other material included in it.

    Do not use Clip Agent to infringe copyright, violate privacy or publicity rights, mislead viewers about a creator’s endorsement,
    or violate any law or platform rule. Do not bypass access controls or use content obtained in violation of a platform’s terms.

    A permission confirmation in the app is your representation that you have the necessary rights; it does not itself grant you
    rights to someone else’s content.

    3. Platform accounts and posting

    The current prototype does not connect to or post through TikTok or Instagram. If platform integration is offered later, you will
    be responsible for connecting only accounts you own or are authorized to manage and for complying with each platform’s terms,
    policies, and technical requirements.

    Any future posting workflow will be described before it is enabled. Do not assume that a clip will be published, or that a
    platform will approve or distribute it. Platform access, app review, publishing availability, and account status are controlled by
    the relevant platform.

    4. Your content and limited permission to operate the service

    You retain ownership of content and materials you submit. The current prototype stores only creator-list details and a permission
    confirmation; it does not currently upload or process video files.

    If future features require processing content you provide, you authorize us to use that content only as needed to provide the
    feature you request, subject to the permissions you have obtained and the then-current Privacy Policy. This does not transfer
    ownership of your content to us.

    5. Prohibited uses

    You may not:

    • Submit or use content without the rights or permissions required for your intended use.
    • Use the service to violate law, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its host, or connected accounts.
    • Interfere with the service or use it to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material.

    6. Third-party services

    Clip Agent may rely on third-party services or platforms if integrations are added. We do not control third-party services and are
    not responsible for their availability, decisions, policies, or handling of information. Your use of those services is also
    subject to their own terms.

    7. No guarantee

    The prototype is provided for testing and may contain errors or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that it will identify trends,
    create a particular result, publish content, increase views, or avoid platform moderation or account restrictions.

    8. Suspension or termination

    We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, without necessary content
    rights, or in violation of these Terms or platform rules.

    9. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms as Clip Agent changes. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your
    continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
